My Services
Initial Evaluation/Consultation session(s):
In our initial meetings, my primary goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of what led you to seek care. We will explore your current concerns as well as relevant aspects of your medical, psychiatric, family, and social history. At the conclusion of the evaluation, I will offer a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. We will then have a collaborative discussion to determine whether continuing with treatment together is the right path for you. The evaluation/consultation process generally takes two to three sessions. Below, you will see the types of services I offer in broad categories.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can be a deeply meaningful process—one that fosters greater self-understanding, emotional clarity, and personal growth in the face of distress. The journey inward is often the most courageous one we take—through self-exploration, we uncover the roots of our struggles and the strength to grow beyond them. Whether you are addressing a specific concern or seeking a deeper sense of well-being, we will work together in a thoughtful, collaborative way to help you feel more aligned, grounded, and fulfilled.
Medication Management
Medication can be an important part of achieving meaningful symptom relief. I take a conservative approach to prescribing—aiming to minimize unnecessary polypharmacy and prioritizing safe, effective treatment that is also aligned with your comfort and preferences. Whether you're considering starting, stopping, or adjusting medication, we’ll navigate that decision together.
Emergency Services
I am unable to provide emergency psychiatric services through this practice. If you have a crisis or emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
